1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

Ai4ALL Indians is an e-learning platform offering technical and professional education programs. Selected courses provide certificates backed by AICTE and MSME, as applicable, subject to eligibility and successful completion.

2. FEES & CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION

• All course fees are mandatory and payable in advance.
• A portion of the fee is charged as a charitable contribution to promote technical education and skill development in India, in line with our vision and mission.
• These contributions are non-optional and non-refundable.
• No tax benefits are guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made on the platform are final. No refunds, cancellations, or money-back guarantees are provided under any circumstances, including non-completion, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

4. CERTIFICATION

Certificates are issued only upon meeting course requirements and assessment criteria. Ai4ALL Indians does not guarantee employment, income, or specific career outcomes.

5. USE OF CONTENT

All course content is provided strictly for personal learning purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, sharing, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. ACCOUNT & CONDUCT

Users must provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly. Ai4ALL Indians reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, without any refund.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The platform and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. Ai4ALL Indians shall not be liable for indirect losses, technical issues, or outcomes arising from course participation.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Durgapur Court, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
